Don’t miss this exciting opportunity for a hands-on Compounder with a premium cosmetics manufacturer. You will oversee small batch production and manage scale up to full production, focusing on creams, oils, and serums.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce bulk batches according to formulation guidelines, ensuring consistent quality standards
• Monitor, analyse, and record batch results, making real-time adjustments throughout the manufacturing process
• Operate various mixing vessels and machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene standards, and GMP compliance
• Work collaboratively with Production Manager to optimise production processes
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies  

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in bulk manufacturing within FMCG, ideally cosmetics
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and adherence to guidelines
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
