This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and customer relationships in a leading skincare company. Developing the Amazon account, you will implement market-leading growth strategies that maximise brand performance and revenue generation.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the Reading office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture Amazon customer relationships, providing a primary point of contact
• Develop and execute growth strategies for online retail accounts, leading a cross-functional ecommerce team
• Create detailed sales and financial forecasts through weekly performance analysis
• Manage customer P&Ls with accountability for annual revenue and investment targets
• Monitor and report on key sales drivers and performance metrics monthly
• Constantly review and refine plans to drive year-on-year growth  

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Amazon Account Management experience, ideally including the beauty sector
• Impressive people, project management and organisational skills
