Lead the quality assurance process for luxury cosmetics packaging, focusing specifically on the strategic gifting category. Working with a premium global brand, use your technical expertise to maintain the highest quality standards, mentor the team and collaborate with suppliers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive technical analysis of new gift packaging designs, identifying risks and solutions while preserving design integrity
• Establish supplier relationships and clear specifications for materials, functionality testing, and construction
• Lead validation testing, production transfers, and strategic dual/triple sourcing projects
• Oversee quality documentation systems and master data management
• Support cross-functional teams delivering quality strategy commitments
• Monitor industry developments to implement innovative quality processes
• Act as quality ambassador for company stakeholders around the world  

Candidate Requirements:

• Science or technology degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Significant Luxury Packaging Quality or Technology experience, within beauty, accessories, food & drink or a related industry 
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Full, clean driver’s license
• Strong team playing and communication skills
